San Francisco Symphony Announces 2015-16 Season

The San Francisco Symphony has announced it’s next season! Susanna Phillips, a long time favorite with the Symphony, will be singing Barber’s iconic Knoxville: Summer of 1915 in the second concert series of the orchestra’s new season late September and early October. There will be four performances of the piece, programed with a SFS co-commission from Ted Hearne titled Dispatches, Duparc songs, and Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 6. Pathétique.
